AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a University Relations Manager to join its global talent team. The University Relations Manager will be responsible for supporting the strategic direction of the program and managing full life-cycle recruiting initiatives and activities for campus hires from select colleges and universities around the globe with the goal to increase the quality of our long term hiring pipeline, attract more early career talent and build a pipeline for AGCO’s Rotational Development Program. The University Relations Manager is responsible for recruiting top talent to fill entry-level and intern positions. This position supports in the execution of Global University Relations, Global Internship program and AGCO’s Rotational Development Program.

What you will do:

  • Develop creative ways to increase AGCO’s brand and profile at core Universities through partnership/collaboration with various professional, community and student organizations.

  • Develop strong campus relationships with colleges and universities through placement offices, faculty, administration, and students

  • Support in developing metrics for program success and provide analysis of reports to make recommendations for improvements.

  • Create connections with graduating students for hire into the AGCO Rotational Development Program

  • Develop annual Intern and Co-op recruiting plan, including projected budget and goals for selected schools. Responsible for collecting all internship and co-op requests from hiring managers and working with the HR Business Partners to identify accurate open requisitions

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • 2-5 years related successful business experience

  • Ability to manage relationships with client facing experience

  • Results-oriented with a high degree of personal initiative, be very hands on, flexible and have a customer centric attitude.

A plus if you have:

  • Bilingual a plus

Travel Requirement:

  • Up to 25%
