Aerotek Mechanical Assembler in Centennial, Colorado


The company builds large industrial machinery . They have a Production/Assembly line where the Assemblers work off of blueprints to put this machinery together using hand tools/power tools. Below is a short description of the tasks they will be performing.

Job Duties

-Assemble drive shafts, bearings, and gear assembly's

-All builds are read from blueprints/schematics

-Tear down and rebuild of machinery

-Install guards, signs, and nameplates on Machinery

-Perform machine set ups for specific jobs

-Build of mechanical sub assembly's


-Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools/power tools

-They need to have their own tools (I will send a list our once I have it)

-Any type of experience within Manufacturing that requires them to use any type of hand tools

-They will take a "Backyard Mechanic"

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

First Shift: 5am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday with overtime that is running until about 3:30pm ($22.50)

Second Shift: 4pm to 12:30am, Monday through Friday - $2 shift differential ($24.50/hour)

Most of the need is on 2nd shift but can accommodate to training on 1st or 2nd shift
