Arrow Electronics Analytics Manager in Centennial, Colorado
Arrow Electronics is hiring an Advanced Analytics Manager at our world headquarter in Centennial, CO. The Analytics Manager reports into the Director of Digital Strategy and Analytics at Arrow Electronics. The team helps inform and enable strategy by leveraging data to measure impact and/or predict outcomes. We have a global scope of work and serve as thought partners to the business across all the domains we support for the entity.
What You'll Be Doing
Sets a hypothesis-first mentality to support the business. Partners cross-functionally to identify and implement data science and analytics roadmap of initiatives to help the business achieve its annual targets.
Focuses on 1) informing the business about KPIs; 2) measuring pre/post initiatives to ensure value-add 3) enabling strategy via in-depth use of data (CLTV analysis, etc.)
Invests a meaningful amount of time and effort in coaching and developing a young and talented team of data analysts and data scientists within digital.
Delivers both pre and post project measurement including ROI calculation and/or forecasts as needed.
Provides guidance and support leadership to Business leaders and stakeholders on how best to harness available data in support of critical business needs and goals.
Leads the full cycle of iterative big data exploration, including hypothesis formulation, algorithm development, data cleansing, testing, insight generation/visualization, and action planning.
Uses considerable expertise and independent judgment in collaborating with peers, data analysts, data scientists and data engineers in designing and implementing the research strategy needed to methodically and iteratively structure, extract, cleanse, sample, test, validate, and communicate data-driven insights from complex sources and significant volumes of data for complex and unique business problems.
Applies proven methods in working with divergent data types, data scales, and big data, to explore and extrapolate data-driven insights using advanced, predictive statistical modeling and testing applied to data acquired and cleansed from a range of sources.
What We Are Looking For?
- Hands on experience as a Data Scientist in projects related to predictive analytics, CLTV and look alike modeling highly preferred.
Typically requires a minimum of 7-8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree and an advanced degree.
Programming knowledge SQL, Python and/or R
Experience in Data Science projects that deliver results to the business
PowerBI and Google Analytics experience strongly preferred.
B2B experience or electronic component industry experience is a plus.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$138,600.00 - $169,400.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
