PSG Global Solutions Administrative Coordinator in Cambridge, Massachusetts

The Opportunity

We're looking for an Administrative Coordinator , working in the Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products industry in Cambridge, Massachusetts .

  • Assists in internal logistic activities pertaining to budgets, contracts, periodic reports and overall group objectives, timelines and schedules.

  • Updates and maintains database and spreadsheets as necessary to facilitate tracking and documentation of departmental operations, project activities and budget.

  • Collaborates with other global group members to maintain, improve and develop global tracking systems and processes.

  • Coordinates and tracks compound, specimen and document shipping and receiving, including for international sipping.

  • Arranges meetings including Audiovisual Services, WebEx, Audio Conference, Skype etc.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Associate’s Degree is required. BA/BS degree preferred.

  • 1-3 years related administrative experience supporting multiple individuals.

  • Must have strong organizational skills and excellent judgment and problem solving abilities.

  • Individual must be customer and employee focused, able to multi-task, work under minimal supervision, and demonstrate resiliency and high productivity in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have an ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and documents appropriately.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others.

  • Must have proficient computer skills with productivity tools, portal technology, Outlook, and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Collaborative team player with simultaneous ability to work autonomously and manage competing demands and shifting priorities.
