We are looking to recruit a candidate who is Responsible for delivering a consistent level of service to MCBC Off Trade Customers. Execution of the Logistics Customer Relationship Strategy to deliver service in line with MCBC's First Choice for Customers and Consumers strategy.
Responsible for all off trade customer service and order capture. Ensuring all customer distribution routes to market are efficiently planned to minimise cost to MCBC whilst still meeting customer needs.
Timely resolution of invoice queries raised to minimise MCBC's debt at risk.
Build external and internal customer relationships; take accountability for the weekly preparation and reporting of all service scores. Take the service lead in all MFST meetings and monthly customer 30/60/90 meetings.
Liaise with demand control and demand analysts in relation to abnormal demand requests.
Other duties as assigned.
Ability to build effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Broad based Supply Chain knowledge and strong analytical and demand analysis skills.
An ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, and impact on all levels of management.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
