L3Harris Senior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analyst in Burlington, Ontario

Essential Responsibilities

  • Define the support concept and establish the resources required to support the company’s products

  • Analyze electro-optical infra-red sensor systems and associated support equipment, determining requirements for tools, test equipment, spare parts, and consumables

  • Produce the maintenance and support plan for global support of equipment and systems

  • Develop repair, troubleshooting testing and alignment procedures for incorporation into technical manual and use by Wescam service centers, self-maintaining customers and other 3rd party service centers.

  • Develop technical manual content including maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, spares and repair parts, technical illustrations.

  • Quantify the cost and effectiveness of product and system support systems using the output of logistics modelling software to determine the optimum support plan.

  • Develop packaging, handling, storage, transportation requirements

  • Prepare spare parts provisioning requirements

  • Implement product sustainment tasks acting as issue owner, ensuring each issue is closed by due date.

  • Support new business proposals producing Compliance matrix responses, bid estimates and customer facing proposal documentation

  • Address supportability issues as a member of New Product Introduction and program execution teams

  • Interface with CSG In-service Support, Field Service, Product Service, Training, wider engineering dept, CSG Repair, PMO and other disciplines on a basis

  • Generate technical data deliverables and reports (CDRLs / SDRLs)

  • Report progress to Manager or ILS project lead.

  • Support departmental process improvement initiatives.

  • Other tasks as assigned
