Evertz Microsystems Limited Sales Administrator in Burlington, Ontario

  • Engage in the sales process by providing administrative support to a team of Account Managers

  • Prepare quotes by collaborating with inside technical and administrative support teams

  • Manage multiple projects by reviewing, prioritizing and actioning requests to meet deadlines

  • Research, prepare, and analyze data from multiple databases to support Sales team

  • Create and maintain project files, client records

  • Prepare reports and documentation (i.e. letters)

  • General administrative duties such as filing, data entry, answering/transferring calls, greeting staff and visitors, sort/distribute incoming mail

  • Other duties as required


  • College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience

  • 0-1 year office administrative experience

  • 0-1 year sales/service sector experience
