Communicate regularly with users as well as offshore team.
Gather business requirements from users for enhancements.
Document functional and technical requirements.
Assist offshore in any queries regarding requirements.
Perform testing in preparation for UAT.
Develop UAT test plans that are geared towards business users.
Facilitate UAT with users and work to resolve any issues that may arise during UAT.
Work with users to create a plan for go-live, and perform support functions for the enhancement after go-live (e.g. monitoring the changes in Production, answering user questions, resolving issues that occur post go-live).
Work with the product team to understand and document requirements for product enhancements.
Test product enhancements along with QA team as enhancements are implemented.
Work with the product team to communicate product enhancements to users.
Develop necessary training/informational documents for product enhancements.
As needed, assist users and offshore on support-related issues by investigating cause and relaying updates to impacted users.
1-2 years experience in Theatrical Distribution would be a plus.
Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

You demonstrate flexibility and versatility in meeting objectives, and should be able to manage your workload and update management on task progress.
• Qualification: Minimum 2 years experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• As a Business Analyst 1 you should have baseline skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering, Testing, Functional Architecture Design & Project Financials, KPI´s & Reporting.
