PPS-Product Support Inside Sales Coordinator - High energy, self starter, highly motivated individual, should be familiar with all IT and web-based systems currently in place for Penn Power Systems, such as ICS platform, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and all Microsoft based technologies. Individual should be eager to learn, organized, motivated and embrace our Penn WOW Fundamentals. Product Support Inside Sales Coordinator will be fully responsible for our contract renewal process and will work directly with our outside sales team members. Experience with contract documents, insurance documents, and contract knowledge of standardized terms and conditions within a service based industry is recommended.
PPS Product Support Inside Sales Coordinator - Inside Sales Support for designated territory managers, process of preparing and evaluating service contract agreements monthly, Evaluate past performance of service execution and pricing for contract renewal process, preparation of all contract renewal documents and electronically send out all contract renewal documents to clients monthly, electronically track contract renewal status and update systems accordingly by creating and maintaining renewal status reports weekly. Work with the PPS contract administration team to support and manager contract renewal follow-up activities. Responsible for updating and maintaining all current and future IT platforms with company and client profile data, such as ICS, Lotus Notes, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics, and all Microsoft Office Platforms and Applications. PPS - ISC will work with the PPS-Territory Managers to provide support. Job requirements are to meet contract renewal deadlines by following the standard operating procedures and maintain a 90% or better contract renewal percentage.
