Position Summary

Here you will work with other talented teammates to bring excellent customer service to new and existing customers. To be successful in this role you must be able to work both independently as well as part of a team, able to maintain a positive attitude, work evenings and some weekends, be on time, and want to grow with a great company.

Responsibilities

As a Credit Specialist you are responsible for working with retail stores to make real time credit decisions on new applicants, take inbound calls with current current customers, and work pending accounts.

This position includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

High school diploma.

This individual is required to have strong investigative skills that enable the ability to make an analysis and draw conclusions.

Self-directed, motivated, and passionate about providing an excellent customer experience.

Excellent communications skills.

Familiarity with Credit Bureau Reporting.

Good communication skills.
