Shelter Coordinator (PT, Evenings, Nights, Weekends and Holidays)
Non-profit domestic violence agency accepting resumes for the position of part-tme Shelter Coordinator. Responsibilities include: Answering Emergency Hotline, screen potential clients for emergency shelter, compile client files, completing all necessary forms - both intake and departure, assist with safety planning, data entry, transportation and all other emergency services needed.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION: Graduation from high school and related work experience. College course work toward a degree in human services with some knowledge, skills and abilities in counseling is desired. Abiility to maintain confidentially in relation to client services. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.
