Position: Chargeback Analyst

Location: Bridgewater, NJ – 3 days on site

Industry: Pharmaceuticals

Pay: $28-32/hr. – Paid Weekly!

A large known pharmaceutical company is urgently hiring within their chargebacks team! The ideal candidate must have 5 years of chargebacks experience, strong excel skills, and knowledge of SAP is a plus!

Candidates must be commutable to their office in Bridgewater, NJ.

Job Description:

• Verifying, and processing all contract updates

• Validating and updating membership eligibility for our Chargeback contracts in Flex

• Work closely with our third-party vendor that processes Chargebacks rebates to resolve pricing variances.

• Process quarterly direct and indirect rebates utilizing Flex and SAP.

• Assist the Gross-To-Net team on month and quarter close processes.

• Manage Chargeback and Trade Rebate account reconciliations.

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers/employees.

• Assist with special projects as needed.

• Liaison with auditors related to quarterly and annual audit inquiries and SOX reviews.
