PVH Corp. Co-Op Summer-Fall 2021, Corporate Responsibility Solutions Analyst - PVH Corp. in Bridgewater, New Jersey

You will also attend various professional development workshops, industry learning sessions with senior leadership and have the opportunity to meet other co-ops and interns across brands and functions.

Specifically, for Summer 2021, our office locations will be fully virtual until at least September 6th. After which we may be able to shift the Program to a hybrid approach or partially in-person, pending directed health measures for our local associates. Throughout the recruiting process, we will do our best to share real-time updates on the decision, but co-ops must be available to work at the planned office location should we have the ability to have part of our Program in person. They also must be based in the U.S. and available to work Eastern Time Zone hours, working between hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ET.

The Summer / Fall 2021 Co-Op Program will be a full-time 6 month assignment, approximately June / July to November / December 2021. Here are important dates and expectations to keep in mind (estimated timeframe, subject to change):

  • We have a rolling application deadline for each co-op positions, starting in February. Apply early for greater consideration in the process.

  • Initial screening will be conducted by our recruiting team members via phone or video screen.

  • Final interviews will be conducted by our hiring teams via phone or video interview starting mid to late March.

  • Offers will be extended late March into April, if necessary.

Job Title: CR Solutions Analyst Co-op

Job summary:

The Corporate Responsibility (CR) Solutions Analyst co-op will be part of the Global Value Chain – Sourcing and Logistics team within the Technology & Process Group (TPG). This technology team is partnering with the PVH CR business in managing the implementation and integration of varying Fashion Forward goals especially in the areas of human rights and environmental sustainability.

The co-op will be able to work independently to create Business and Systems requirement documents, detailing both functional and technical aspects of the varying initiatives being developed in the Global Corporate Responsibility landscape. There are several projects in the works that will be instrumental to the growth of the CR program and we are looking for a resource to join us in this pivotal opportunity to build out the landscape of programs, integrations, and applications. The co-op will be working closely with both IT and Business partners throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which provides a well-rounded opportunity for growth for both the company as well as the co-op. This will be a hands on role where the resource will be able to learn while applying their knowledge and expertise to a corporate responsibility area that has touch points in a wide range of supply chain areas including supplier management, product development, marketing, planning, recommence, and consumer insights.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as a member of the solution delivery team and facilitate/participate in requirements/design phase of Corporate Responsibility related projects

  • Design and develop process flow & diagrams for system integrations and business requirements

  • Work with Enterprise Architect in the solution process and identify potential design enhancements/issues

  • Work closely with Global cross-functional, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary teams of both internal and external partners and participate in the development of long and short term vision for Corporate Responsibility platform solutions at PVH

  • Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Project Manager, Business Partners, and Vendor Consultants to define detailed requirements that provide clarity to complex problems

  • Design, and test required application configurations. Work with technical development to successfully migrate and maintain configuration change management

  • Perform cross-functional reviews and designs for both processes and development teams. Gain business and technical stakeholder engagement and alignment

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of PVH’s customer and business as well as maintain an awareness of competitive products and industry trends

  • Design and Map out the CR team vision of the future and work to align to ever changing market and trends and be able to adjust where required to meet those needs

  • Provide own expertise to the development and design of solution and provide new insight where possible

  • Collaborate with Vendor consultants on high visibility projects

Education:

  • Rising junior or senior undergrad student pursuing a business or technology related degree with intention to work in Information Technology focused on the Retail, Supply Chain or Corporate Responsibility verticals upon graduating preferred

  • Minimum 2.5 GPA in core major classes preferred

Experience / Skills:

  • Basic understanding of technology concepts and terminology

  • Basic understanding of business process management concepts and terminology

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Excel, Power point, Project, Word, Visio and Teams

  • Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff

  • Clear & concise writing and presentation skills

  • Problem Solving – Helps to define business requirements with a diverse set of input for problems that may not be clearly defined

  • Ability to understand IT solutions that provide desired business results with the ability to move cleanly from theoretical to implementation thought processes

  • Ability to understand and complete delegated tasks

  • Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and project management in both the business and the technical areas, with the ability to keep discussions at the appropriate level of abstraction

  • Self-motivated, innovative person with analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changes and new ideas

  • High level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
