PVH Corp. Co-Op Summer-Fall 2021, Business Process Analyst - Commercial Planning - PVH Corp. in Bridgewater, New Jersey

You will also attend various professional development workshops, industry learning sessions with senior leadership and have the opportunity to meet other co-ops and interns across brands and functions.

Specifically, for Summer 2021, our office locations will be fully virtual until at least September 6th. After which we may be able to shift the Program to a hybrid approach or partially in-person, pending directed health measures for our local associates. Throughout the recruiting process, we will do our best to share real-time updates on the decision, but co-ops must be available to work at the planned office location should we have the ability to have part of our Program in person. They also must be based in the U.S. and available to work Eastern Time Zone hours, working between hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ET.

The Summer / Fall 2021 Co-Op Program will be a full-time 6 month assignment, approximately June / July to November / December 2021. Here are important dates and expectations to keep in mind (estimated timeframe, subject to change):

  • We have a rolling application deadline for each co-op positions, starting in February. Apply early for greater consideration in the process.

  • Initial screening will be conducted by our recruiting team members via phone or video screen.

  • Final interviews will be conducted by our hiring teams via phone or video interview starting mid to late March.

  • Offers will be extended late March into April, if necessary.

Job Titl e: Business Process Co-Op – Commercial Planning

Job summary:

The Business Process Management (BPM) organization contributes to PVH’s transformation through global adoption of new and enduring business capabilities. Our mission is to lead, listen and partner to create extraordinary value for our brands through process excellence. BPM optimize business processes to deliver consistent, core capabilities balanced with flexibility to support value add brand/regional differences.

The BPM Commercial Planning Team operates as internal consultants across PVH, leading the design and implementation of leading practices and transformation programs. The team serves as subject matter experts, guiding and supporting business units on Integrated Demand Planning and Retail Planning strategies/roadmaps, business process design, development/testing of capabilities and systems, performance metrics, training, adoption, and continuous improvement. The BPM Process Co-op will have two sets of responsibilities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

The primary objective of the role will be to support the BPM team in executing business process Discovery, Transformation, and Optimization responsibilities include the following:

  • Process & Training Documentation: The co-op will support the BPM team in the development/maintenance of process and training documentation templates and content.

  • Facilitation Support: Meetings with the business users often target key decision making or alignment on action items. The co-op will be responsible for things like recording attendees, notes, key decision, and tasks.

The second will be to own the planning and execution of two or more small projects. Options for such projects include:

  • Co-op will partner with members of the Business Process Management team, External Consultants, and Business Users to understand and document future state scope and processes as part of a Proof of Concept initiative for Assortment Planning and other use cases.

  • Co-op will collect feedback from business users and implement usability improvements to the Inventory Planning & Optimization Tableau Dashboard suite. In addition, the co-op will come up with strategies for promoting and expanding the user base of these dashboards.

  • As part of the on-going Global Merchandise Hierarchy Initiative, the co-op will partner with other members of the BPM team to conduct as-is discovery and future state process design for Demand Planning and Retail Planning use cases.


  • Rising junior or senior undergrad student pursuing a degree in supply chain, business or data science with intention to work in Information Technology upon graduating preferred

  • Minimum 2.5 GPA in core major classes preferred

Experience / Skills:

  • Demonstration of a strong analytical mindset, either through school projects or previous job/internships.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.

  • Excel skills are a must; SQL is a plus.

  • Ability to handle multiple cross functional topics, and strong organizational skills.

  • Effective communication and documentation skills.
