Kyndryl, Inc. RFS (Request for service) Manager in Bratislava, Slovakia

Your Role and Responsibilities

As Request for Service (RFS) Manager you will be responsible for a client facing role supporting a specific Kyndryl UKI commercial account. You will work in a partnership with a UKI Base growth leadership team to ensure Signing, Revenue and GP targets of your accounts are met/exceeded in addition to achieving Global RFS metrics. You will be work in close collaboration with various roles in the account ranging from solution & delivery teams, commercial & finance managers to account executives as well as with external vendors.

The main job responsibilities include:

  1. Support RFS revenue and GP targets, showing week on week progression, including Forecasting, Cadence reports as well as chairing weekly customer calls

  2. Working alongside key stakeholders to execute account growth strategies; Engage with clients directly, to secure increased Kyndryl project wallet-share;

  3. Be the customer focal point for RFS, optimize RFS execution through account / team / center / cross-center collaboration;

  4. Demonstrate pre-sales focus and ownership for RFS from initial discussions with the client to evaluating the success of the projects consisting of:

(4.1) initial discussions with client

(4.2) obtaining technical solution

(4.3) proposal / SOW / RFS creation

(4.4) pricing & PRL creation

(4.5) managing client & IBM signatures

(4.6) ownership of the customer satisfaction for the proposal.

  1. Identify and implement operational and process improvements;

  2. Pro-actively improve the business controls posture for your contract, ensuring audit compliance;

  3. Responsible for year to year improvement in RFS Customer Satisfaction (NPS).

Base salary starts at 1500 EUR/monthly

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Good general IT literacy, including a good level of knowledge of technologies and services

  • Good understanding of contract deliverables with regards to controls, organization, processes

  • Good understanding of financial management, business management and cost estimating

  • User experience in using: Office Suite: Spreadsheet / Presentations / Word-processing SW
