As a Manager in Finance Reporting & Systems at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for the financial data used in reporting and analysis. The position will lead the design and maintenance of models including (but not limited to) allocations, financial projections and analysis, actual reporting, and ad-hoc development driven by Finance leadership. Additional responsibilities include driving data efficiencies, aiding in the distribution of data to financial analysts, as well as validating and managing the data integrity used across finance departments. By partnering with various finance and business teams, you will influence business results through financial and operational data analysis, responding to customer requests, and presenting recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Provide project leadership and subject matter expertise to finance systems projects, oversees new development from concept to realization

  • Implement and communicate model functionality and output

  • Ensure quick and reliable support is provided to finance business partners

  • Perform continuous process improvements

  • Participate in cross-functional team initiatives to build scalable solutions

    Qualifications and Skills include, but not limited to:

  • 5+ years of finance experience with demonstrated financial modeling skills

  • Development experience with IBM Cognos TM1, Adaptive Analytics, or similar applications (preferred)

  • Bachelor’s Degree with Finance, Accounting field of study

  • Ability to influence others, build consensus, and resolve conflict

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
