Cigna Product Analytics Advisor - Work from home - Evernorth in Bloomfield, Connecticut

Position Summary

The Product Analytics Advisor - Transparency & Interoperability Solutions is responsible for providing ongoing support to product development & marketing insights for the Evernorth Transparency & Interoperability Solutions organization. This includes data analytics, insights generation, relationship management for internal & vendor contacts, and identifying new opportunities for product enhancements.

This position is with Evernorth, a new business within the Cigna Corporation.

Essential Functions

  • Support the development and life cycle of products supporting our provider solutions strategy

  • Develop Metrics & track success of initiatives

  • Present provider solutions capabilities to clients, internal, and external audiences

  • Work with technology on product design and delivery

  • Create business cases for new product development and enhancements

  • Maintain sales and marketing collateral

  • Assist team in developing new sales and marketing collateral as necessary

  • Research and troubleshoot data quality

  • Support other team initiatives including Health Information Interoperability, ePrescribing, ePA, Precision Utilization Management, Interoperability as a Service and medical benefits integration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or 2-5 years relevant experience in healthcare, technology, marketing, or product management

  • Advanced MS Excel, SQL, Teradata, and Hadoop skills are highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of healthcare industry, health insurance, or PBM preferred

  • Demonstrated project management skills

  • Effective communication with internal and external individuals in various functional areas and at various levels of management

  • Excellent presentation development skills, including slide composition and documentation

  • Familiarity with industry standards organizations, preferably NCPDP and HL7

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage work load to meet deadlines and drive deliverables

  • Strong analytical, planning, problem identification and resolution skills required

  • Ability to work independently

  • Ability to travel 10%

Note: This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
