Responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and submitting entries from the merchants for new promotions, master data, content, and/or other data-related tasks.
Prepare the data load files and/or manually input the changes directly into the promotions management system, or other applicable system
Partner with the merchant team for product onboarding, promotional management, and article characteristic data collection
Partner with manager to manage and prioritize workflow for area of responsibility. Work cross-functionally to support other areas of responsibility based on direction from supervisor
Provide correspondence confirming project/task completion
Troubleshoot concerns highlighted by merchant team, and support/analyze/complete service requests to drive profit growth
Responsible for on-going review and maintenance of the Master Data, PMR entries, and content maintenance
Ad-hoc assignments related to merchant data onboarding & merchandising support
Develop expertise related to the underlying PMR, SAP, and ecommerce systems
Adhere to processes and procedures for the development and setup of master data, content, and promotional entries
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (Business Administration or Information Management) and/or demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience
Retail experience preferred
Enterprise Data Management experience is preferred
SAP, PMR, or similar ERP system experience is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate Excel skills required
In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $41,000.00.
