Aston Carter Expense Analyst in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania
Our client a leading company in the Bethlehem, PA area is looking to hire an Expense Analyst. This Expense Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the travel and expense program in Concur and working cross functionally across the organization. They will be checking the system to see what requests come in, and then analyzing and comparing to company policy before approving reports.
This is a hybrid position with 2 days in office and 3 days work from home flexibility! Candidates must be commutable to their office in Bethlehem, PA.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of T&E experience within Concur
2+ years of experience working in a role that requires strong communications skills, especially with a sales team
Experience reviewing 100+ expense reports per day
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and vlookups)
Hybrid Schedule (Work out of the comfort of your home 3 days a week!!)
