Job Description

The Air Content & Shopping team is looking for a Product Portfolio Manager to drive consistency across the suite of products such as Bargain Finder Max, SmartShop or Ancillary IQ. In this role you will manage the product vision, strategy, and execution of roadmap for the through engagement with customer, business, and technical teams to meet Travel Services customer/corporate needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drives Program Manager’s priorities from a planning, tracking & coordination perspective

• Defines & manages product’s features & BRDs/MBRs

• Defines & manages the customer product/roadmap engagement model

• Defines & manages 12mo. Roadmap, while being accountable for value delivered

• Owns P&L, monitor product adoption & track/update value proposition

• Drives the priorities of the Technical Product Manager

• Supports the creation of Training & Sales material

• Contributes to the creation of marketing materials

• Supports TPMs on the translation of FEAs into TFs

• Assists the development of Sales Engineering Team’s Product Advocates

• Provides support where necessary for the product activation and delivery process.

• Ensures pertinent Product Managers understand your roadmap

• Support Architects to ensure the solution proposed is in-line with the product vision

Job Requirements

• Ability to handle multiple projects

• Ability to work under pressure of time and in the changing environment

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Minimum 3-5 years related experience (product management/program management) in Aviation IT/GDS gained from airlines/tour operators/travel technology companies

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

• Experience working with an agile development team and Rally, an understanding of Scrum
