What You’ll Do:
In this highly visible role you will be responsible for the Collaboration business in the Federal Public Sector Segment in Germany reporting to the Collaboration Leader Public Sector.
Your key responsibilities will be: * Work closely in partnership with end customer account teams and strategic partners to drive the collaboration business in Germany. * Sell to major stakeholders within the Federal patch. Get in touch with the right stakeholders and decision makers / budget owners at your top customers and address the benefit of Cisco Collaboration for their business. * Develop and drive new concepts of customer led collaboration solutions. * Take care for strategic customers in Federal in their communication needs. * Build relationship to key stakeholders in Federal Government. * Develop partnerships outside IT to develop innovative go to market models. * Build an ecosystem between partner, Cisco and customer to translate legislation into business opportunities. * Position the Cisco collaboration portfolio in the customer context of digitization and business transformation at your top customers by developing compelling use cases. * Understand, articulate and position both internally and externally Cisco's Collaboration Architecture and Solution and the benefits/value for our customers and partners. * Together with the sales team, build a joint collaboration business plan for your assigned customer domain. * Grow and convert the pipeline. * Relationship Management - Initiate, sustain and grow relationships with key customer executives and decision makers. * Engage, advise and mentor sales teams and strategic partners on Customer Experience imperatives and business value based consultative selling approaches. * Drive adoption Cisco of collaboration tools within your existing collaboration customer base by working closely together with the customer success teams within Cisco.
Who You Are: * You have a proven track record in the Unified Communication & Collaboration or in public sector for a minimum of 5+ years. * You have strong skills and expertise in the Voice Business (OnPrem & Cloud) or alternatively in the Public Sector segment. * You are either an expert in Collaboration or in Public Sector market - you lead and set the overall Collaboration sales direction and align portfolio knowledge, technology and solutions to customer needs and business outcomes. * You have a strong experience in collaboration offerings and in positioning and selling subscription based license models. * You show passion and dedication to success as well as the strong motivation to be successful in a competitive and fast changing market. * You are able to drive a sales campaign in combining different aspects of the collaboration solution, like features, architecture, TCO etc. into a compelling value proposition. * You should be able to work with Partners and Cisco sales organizations enabling them to develop effective line of business sales strategies. * You have executive presence - Achieving results through influence and communication. * Strong attitude in being and staying an expert with high self-organization and a fast learning DNA. * You speak and write English and German fluently (C1 Level)
