As a technical support center representative you will provide excellent customer service to our client, supporting their computer applications and platforms. Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Monitor large computer networks and servers for compliance from a central location;

• Analyze problems, perform troubleshooting and incident response on the processes;

• Work with a team and individually to monitor security compliance activities;

• Maintain detailed records of evidence;

• Work in close collaboration with specialized technical teams;

• Perform daily duties remotely;

• Maintain and monitor ticket records and provide evidence of actions taken;

• Ensure that processes are handled according to agreed-upon procedures;

• Adherence to schedule / compliance for attendance;

• Compliance for CGI IS/IT Policy and well as CGI Code of Ethics;

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Knowledge of various software applications, Internet technologies, and products

• Excellent Microsoft Office tools skills

• Excellent customer service & communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail on repetitive tasks

• Ability to perform detailed manual tasks with minimal errors

• Problem-solving skills

• Ability to work both independently and with a team

• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with customers, team members, and management


2 Years of technical support and/or telephone customer service experience preferred
