Title: Customer Service Finance Analyst
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
This role will be expected to provide financial support in the areas of reporting, analysis, planning to the US Services field team with the objective of proactively supporting business decisions through timely and accurate financial information, effective processes and sound business recommendations. In this role you would work closely with field business owners, finance teams across all Regions and with other teams inside and outside of CFO organization.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Ongoing decision support including monthly reporting of P&L, tracking fleet and Customer Engineers cost, monthly forecasting and analysis of expenditure against plan and outlook on a monthly basis with any issues identified and corrective actions implemented
Participate in month end close process. Prepare relevant journal entries and ensure complete and accurate financial processing is performed; Identify and analyze potential financial issues / risks
Responsible for preparing the annual financial plan with required supporting analysis, Coordinate and interface with the appropriate parties.
Work in a collaborative and globally diverse environment as a team player and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Ad-hoc reports and projects
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or other related Business discipline
3+ years related experience
Demonstrated strong financial/analytical skills gained through formal education and work experience.
Strong Excel skills required. Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint and Word) and comfortable with system data mining
Demonstrates positive can-do attitude, is proactive and customer focused
Ability to work comfortably with management and functional organizations with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Effectively manage and produce results in an unpredictable environment with short operational cycles
Willing to work non-standard working hours during month-end and forecast cycle
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at a time
Flexible and highly motivated with the ability to work with various cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Preferred strong knowledge of NCR systems (ERP, BO, EDW, HFM/Hyperion)
