Day to Day Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support such as: stationery, shuttle bus arrangement, cafeteriacoordination, housekeeping supervising, landscape management, uniform, ordering business cards, etc.
Conduct Plant-wide communication and VOC collection; Handle the employee complain, prepare the report to manager, make the communication with concerning employee.
Hold Plant-wide activities to create a positive working environment
Provide logistics support to plant visitors and internal / external visitors’ plant tour.
Meeting and conference rooms schedule maintenance.
Establish and maintain consistent, documented ER policies and work rules for the plant.
Develop and maintain a communications and employee relations system.
Community affairs- to be the contact window with local community and coordinate to various groups and organizations.
Handle and provide the staff birthday card and gift and the annual physical examination
Ensure all ER related policy meets legal requirement.
Drive continuous improvement of all ER systems.
General vendor day to day management.
In charge of admin people management.
Education & Experience
Bachelor or above; major in Business/HR/English.
3+ years’ working experience in HR/ER/Admin within foreign Company.
Fluent in English, both written & spoken
Proficiency in Office Microsoft toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, (Project – desired, but not required)
Good problem solving skills
Good interpersonal andcommunication skill
Independent & flexible working attitude
