Administrative Assistant, Patient Call Center Purpose Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Call Center. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning etc. 2. Fulfill itemized bills on behalf of other team members 3. Fax attorney's requests and sort faxes from internal fax machines 4. Complete special projects as assigned 5. Fold letters in envelopes to send out 6. Perform Customer Service email backup support 7. Make photocopies, fax documents and scan documents to the CI Biller as required 8.Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures stored in LogixGarden relevant to this position Required Amount of Experience: One to two years related experience preferred. Required Skills: Must have strong knowledge of third party billing practices, good computer skills. Ability to work with and manipulate spreadsheets. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are being met. Candidate must be flexible and able to accommodate change to grow and evolve as needed. Prior word processing, spreadsheet and internet software experience including proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word required.
