Kellogg Senior Executive Assistant in Battle Creek, Michigan

As the Senior Executive Assistant located in Battle Creek, MI you will use your advanced people and organizational skills to support the Vice President of Global Environmental Health and Safety and EHS Lead Team, Sr. Director of Value Stream Management, and the Sr. Director of Network Planning International. Your passion for interpersonal relationships and accomplishing goals is a key ingredient to your success.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • We know you’re someone who likes lists so… calendar managing, arranging, and scheduling on and offsite meetings, travel arrangements – including international travel documentation, teleconferencing/video conferences, travel and expense reporting, administrative budget reporting, responding to outside callers, and managing confidential materials.

  • Communication – supporting internal customers is a snap, crackle and pop with the right people skills, come prepared to engage with direct teammates, the Vice President of Global Environmental Health and Safety and EHS Lead Team, Sr. Director of Value Stream Management and the Sr. Director of Network Planning International.

  • Anaplan, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, not in that order – handy with these tools? GR-R-reat! Assisting, creating, and editing confidential presentation and postings in PowerPoint will be a critical skill in the role, you got this. Developing and presenting materials for Town Hall meetings including welcome, anniversaries, and recognition for our Top Achievers.

    YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • High School Diploma or 5 years’ experience supporting senior management

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Must possess strong organizational skills, interpersonal communications, and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Prioritization skills are a must

  • Flexibility to work on multiple priorities that sometimes conflict

  • Ability to work with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds across the organization

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior management

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
