We are looking for a Digital Marketing Localization Team Lead. This team manages the translation of our global marketing content and website experiences.

The Digital Marketing Localization Team Lead will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing Localization Strategy and will be in charge of hiring and managing a brand new digital marketing localization project team. s/he will support all localization activities within the marketing team with a focus on the content for our global marketing campaigns

  • Manages localization projects from beginning to end, working closely with our global campaign team (based in Santa Clara US) localization agency, field marketing reviewers and web development team.

  • Manages the asset translation via the marketing localization automation platform – Cloudwords and our ServiceNow Platform.

  • Develops project plans and workflows, managing time, budget and quality control

  • Ensures adherence to localization processes, quality standards and deliverables

  • Creates the request to upload the final translated content to our Adobe Website. While creating the correct tracking IDs, Campaign IDs.

  • Working closely with our publishing team on uploading and updating translated assets

  • Represents ServiceNow across organizations with the cultural sensitivity and business maturity appropriate to corporate access and level of responsibility

Education and Knowledge

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • Overall 10 - 12 years of experience with minimum of 5 year of experience directly related to project management (preferably in the localization industry with a focus on marketing localization)

  • Minimum of 5 year of management experience

  • Experience in working following an Agile/Scrum methodology

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Proven abilities in project planning, resource and risk management

  • Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Preferable hands-on experience with the translation/localization tools

  • Preferable hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS

  • Experience with working with or inside the marketing organization. Marketing campaigns and content management.
