IBM Automation Process Consultant in Bangalore, India
As a Strategy Consultant at IBM, you will help reinvent businesses and industries by developing and utilizing specialized knowledge of industry-specific and cross-industry competitive strategies. You'll manage complex components of an engagement, working closely with clients and their customers to understand their pain points. Your Role and Responsibilities
As an Automation Process Consultant, you will be responsible for partnering with clients and internal stakeholders on the creation of value-based automation and process transformation solutions.
Moderate and facilitate resolution of technical bottlenecks, establish project momentum throughout all partners including end users, SMEs as well as management in both business and/or operations
Responsible for the design, analysis (customer, financial, operational) and presentation of data by gathering facts (through primary and secondary research, structured and unstructured interviews, surveys, etc.)
Apply knowledge of consulting methodologies, key technologies, engagement support tools and demonstrate strong knowledge of their competency area and/or industry.
Engage with the customer in enabling outsourcing, transition of existing processes, drive business value through automated processes from a technical perspective
Prioritize requirements, charge CR's to customer and prioritize bugs for a successful go live
Actively participate in technical reviews in all phases of the development lifecycle, act as an individual contributor & collaborator.
Conduct technical agile ceremonies
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies as required
Handle all Technical compliance and certifications
Drive Continuous improvement and quality initiatives across processes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
8-10 years of proven successful experience in business development, partner and customer success roles
Hands-on domain expertise in one or more of Financial Services, Telecom, Manufacturing, Retail and e-Commerce domains
Consultative nature, skills and demonstrable client facing experience are required
Exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach in addressing client needs
Comfortable navigating complex enterprise policies and organizations
Resourceful, creative and able to find innovative ways to achieve results
Detail oriented and highly skilled in staying focused amid complex situations
Good working knowledge and understanding of a variety of automation and business process management solutions, vendors, capabilities, features, and functionalities. (e.g. IBM BPM, BluePrism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, IPcenter, Pega Systems, Nice Systems, etc.)
Experience developing responses to Automation RFI/RFP
Experience creating and demonstrating POCs to clients
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Strategic thought leadership in crafting future state delivery and strategies for attaining them
Understands future employee, industry and Finance and Administration trends and applies this understanding to develop solutions to build opportunities
