KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, HR Shared Services Talent Acquisition to join our Shared Services Talent Acquisition organization.


  • Collaborate with HRSS leaders, TA Solution leaders and Pillar leads and appropriate capabilities to identify, evaluate and transition TA processes to HR Shared Services

  • Design and document processes to transition and implement enhancements using technology, offshore, RPA; Assess opportunities for automation and offshoring

  • Agree to quality metrics and service agreements; Ensure team meets established quality metrics and service level agreements; Report on status of transitioning/transitioned work

  • Oversee the TA processes that are moved to HRSS; Resolution of TA team member questions and concerns related to TA Shared Services processes

  • Includes performance management responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HRSS leaders, TA Solutions leaders and Pillar leads to assess future TA Shared Services resource needs and make recommendations


  • Minimum six years of Shared Services or Talent Acquisition Experience or equivalent other experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience

  • Proven organizational skills, especially as they relate to data collection and reporting; following established compliance procedures; and timely and accurate communication

  • Proven time management skills

  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Prior experience in and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Avature) and Candidate Relationship Management systems; Avature ATS and CRM a plus; Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
