Job description
Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse - Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse - Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment as needed - Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals - Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding for patients with specific dietary needs - Provide emotional support and companionship to patients - Observe and report any changes in patients' condition to the nursing staff - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
