AT&T SPECIALIST, TREASURY, INS. & RISK in Azcapotzalco, Mexico

The Risk Specialist position represents AT&T as the Custodian of Record for damage claims involving AT&T facilities. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as exceptional attention to detail with above average problem solving skills.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: determining liability which includes ensuring contractors meet contractual obligations in associated damage claims, map and photo reviews, occasional field visits and various online database searches. The Sr. Risk specialist will learn and follow regional legal guidelines pertaining to subrogation as well as cooperating with External Affairs to ensure handling of claims with Municipalities does not adversely affect AT&T. Assemble demands resulting from claim submissions that include the review and evaluation of TMC which consists of labor related to the repair, material assessment, and contractor cost. TMC reviews include multiple system queries, direct communication with field services and working in conjunction with automation. The Risk Specialist will participate in the recovery process through recovery calls, and other written communications assisting with dispute review and resolution. Communication with insurance adjustors and industry experts during claim recovery process will be required as well as coordinating claim cases with Contract Attorneys and Third Party Administrator's. The Risk Specialist will represent AT&T as needed during litigation.

Bachelor's Preferred or 5 years relevant experience (Network, Finance, Insurance, Telephony), strong communication sales (Advanced Verbal & Written language skills)
