  • Experience managing, organizing and maintaining large quantities of data

  • Prior experience in a R&D environment is strongly preferred


Manage local builds: procure and organize material, manage logistics and distribution Track system delivery schedules, ensuring that teams receive material in a timely fashion Communicate material demand and delivery schedules to module teams so they can plan accordingly Hardware prototype allocation planning and management Track and manage prototype units with vendors, secure shipping partners, and internal product security teams Excess materials management Manage and track expenses for each prototype build Create and manage project budget, submit purchase requisitions, maintain invoice tracking, and post goods receipts

Education & Experience

BA/BS degree or 3+ years of industry experience
