Aston Carter Sales Support Specialist in Austin, Texas
This is an entry level position reporting to the director of sales. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting our sales team with their day-to-day functions, including generating quotes, creating SOW's for our potential professional services engagements, researching company information to help our sales team expand into accounts, and working within our CRM (NetSuite) to maintain data integrity. Prospecting and research for the sales team, assist with creating and brokering services contracts, Help complete vendor setup parperwork. Setup accounts within our CRM (NetSuite,) help to maintain data integrity within our sales database, and generate reports for weekly sales meetings NIce to have: Netsuite experience and Zoom ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Supporting the Sales Team • Prospecting and research for the sales team • Assist with creating and brokering services contracts • Help complete vendor setup paperwork for the sales team • Create quotes and SOW’s (statement of work) for sales reps • Process Sales Orders for our accounting team to create invoices • Setup accounts and sales opportunities in our CRM (NetSuite) Supporting our CRM (sales database) • Setup Accounts within our CRM (NetSuite) • Help to maintain data integrity within our sales database • Generate reports for weekly sales meetings Supporting our Partners • Work with our marketing team to coordinate partner events • Ship marketing materials to our partners

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or GED • One to three years of relevant experience • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks • Excellent attention to detail • Welcoming and professional demeanor. Can easily engage others • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Emotional maturity • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree • Experience in a sales support or customer service role • Experience with NetSuite • Experience with ZoomInfo (NOT video call Zoom) • Experience with SharePoint
