Dell Marcom Email Marketing Communications Manager in Austin, Texas

Assessing market trends, creating advertising opportunities and developing marketing programs, Email and Print Marcom at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for leading the email and connected messaging plan development within the broader media plan – from planning kickoff, strategic planning, plan creation, creative reviews, and program optimizations while interacting directly with business stake holders and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging teams with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive email and print marketing policies and activities.

What you’ll achieve

As a Marcom Email Marketing Communications Manager, you will lead the marcom plan development within the broader campaign plan – from roadmap kickoff, strategic planning, plan creation, creative reviews, and program optimizations – that achieve sales demand for Dell Technologies solutions and services.

You will:

  • Lead the B2B email efforts – from planning kickoff, roadmap creation, reviews, and optimizations, providing updates and presenting results

  • Partner with Dell’s campaign strategy teams to develop omni-channel and integrated email campaigns that drive robust customer engagement

  • Work with global teams -- campaign marketing, audience targeting and asset production -- to increase visibility, education and awareness to key industry audiences

  • Manage innovative planning processes to deliver best in class operations to deliver agile and compelling campaigns

  • Report on results and deliver insights for ever-improving customer engagement

Essential Requirements

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in B2B Marketing, email marketing, demand generation and or project management with an outstanding history of success

  • Experience working with SFDC Marketing Cloud or other deployment platform

  • Track record with customer profiles and journeys to inform future state

  • Strong communication skills to articulate high-level advertising strategy within all levels of the organization

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
