Coordinate and execute day to day activities and communications for the Dell Med Visitor process, track progress and communicate issues/risks to ensure successful objective delivery.Act as the liaison between UTHA clinical care units requesting visitors and all other support departments involved in the workflow to triage visitors for access.Manage the online application process and database tracking for all visitors.Act as the Workday Supervisor for any Visitors/Learners requiring a UT Appointment to access the EHR. This includes ensuring UT Learn and UTIS trainings and modules are up to date.Collaborate with enterprise teams such as Walk-In clinical team, HR and IT to achieve appropriate clearance for all visitors, staff, and researchers.Complete appointments and onboarding process for affiliates, volunteers, interns, and visiting scholars.Implement training and education programs for team members impacted by process improvements to the visitor process.Provide excellent customer service to departments, faculty, and faculty applicants to maintain an excellent relationship with departments and community members.Provide administrative and project support to the Human Resource Directors, Managers, and Coordinators.Marginal/Incidental Functions: While this is intended to be an accurate reflection of the current position, it is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
