What does an outstanding Enterprise Solutions Strategist do?
As an Enterprise Solution Strategist (ESS), you are knowledgeable on a large segment of cross Fiserv solutions and products including their value proposition, competitive differentiation, deep level of both Fiserv and 3rd party product integration, client infrastructure and technical environment assessment, future direction and application to a client’s needs. As the Enterprise Solution Strategist, you will be assisting the Sales Executive in understanding the strategic needs of the client and effectively communicating and documenting to clients and prospects how Fiserv solutions align with their needs across the entire enterprise. You will need to maintain communication between the Sales Executive and the solution SME’s from all Fiserv solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible to:
Use industry expertise and client’s key business requirements to understand the client’s priorities and identify ways to improve the client’s business performance with the appropriate Fiserv solutions and services.
Serve as client’s advocate by elevating the visibility of the client’s requirements and issues across Fiserv
Assist the Sales Executives with validation of which competing Fiserv products are a “best fit” for the client
You will be assisting with comprehensive solution design by working with participant business units and by leveraging their individual knowledge of Fiserv’s solution set
Provide technical diagrams inclusive of all product integrations and configurations, and creation of client specific SOW’s and gap documentation
Technical assessments of client/prospects infrastructure, hardware environments, networks, connectivity, peripherals, etc – to include complete schemas and requirements
Ensure proper alignment and hand-offs to the Solution Delivery team in order to ensure that the implementation team has accurate historical data regarding the deal and client discussions.

Qualifications for consideration:
8+ years related experience within Financial Institutions or Technology environment specific to Financial Services (Bank/Credit Union). This also includes an emphasis in program management for a large, complex organization.
Prior Fiserv experience including the ability to understand the majority of Fiserv solutions which allows you to present to clients and prospects regarding the bundle of our solutions and how it will address the true client’s needs.
Ability to navigate the Fiserv organization and to work effectively across business units and across functions within the company.
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with business leadership teams.
Ability to travel up to 50%
Demonstrated problem solving skills; the ability to deal with conflict and multiple constituencies and manage multiple simultaneous objectives is imperative.
Ability to translate strategy into business objectives with clear accountability.
