The Warehouse Group Commercial Services - Level 2 Systems Engineer in Auckland, New Zealand

We are now on the hunt for our next Level 2 Systems Engineer. In this role, you will be a member of our core commercial engineering team. This is a customer facing lT services and support role providing our commercial customers with world class experiences by facilitating IT Services across several business portfolios including Setup & Installation, remote and onsite troubleshooting, learning & facilitation, connectivity and subscription services at varied levels across commercial businesses. Duties will include: * Managing and resolving level 2 requirements within SLA timeframes * Managing IT systems including workstations, servers and network, proactively monitoring the systems and implementing the solutions as required * Administering Office 365 online services includes Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for business, Teams & Azure * Working on device setups & installation via Imaging and provisioning tools * Providing investigation, diagnostics, repair/resolution of hardware, software and infrastructure. * Technical and training support for customers * Managing software deployments, upgrades & storage and implementation for on premise & cloud based infrastructure * Liaising with 3rd party Vendors to ensure closure of client logged requests, incidents & projects where applicable. As a Level 2 Systems Engineer you will be well versed in supporting and enabling solutions at an enterprise level and preferably in managed services environments. You will be customer focused and have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. You will also be a self-starter and be able to take ownership of a fault or project and ensure it is seen through to resolution/completion. Also on our wishlist: * Bachelor’s Degree in technology or equivalent experience * At least 3 years’ plus experience in the IT industry working in a customer IT support role. * Certifications in Microsoft, Apple and/or networking/WIFI and IT security technologies and or equivalent experience * An understanding of the end-to-end IT solutions and the impact to the customer experience. * Proactive troubleshooting skills We offer a dynamic, supportive team environment within a business that cares about and recognises individuals.
