FCA is seeking a passionate, innovative, results oriented technology leader to join the Sales, Marketing, and Dealer Network (SMD) IT Data Analytics team. In this role, the selected candidate will leverage business analysis and data analytics skills to guide business partners in the development of insightful analytic solutions that enable real time, data-driven decisions.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:•Guide business partners on developing Data Analytics applications using QlikSense or related self-service tools, including understanding data requirements, data layouts, data analysis, and visualization of information•Develop and maintain data models, reporting systems and dashboards; oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions, key operations, and performance metrics. Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables produced by SMD Analytics team•Establish a strong relationship with the central BI/Data Engineering COE and contribute to create and maintain enterprise wide standards, processes and data systems as necessary•Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, and mining as well as modeling, visualization, and communication deliverables. Work closely with the central BI/Data Engineering COE to ensure alignment in terms of leveraging corporate standard technologies, processes, and reusable data models•Develop and implement controls to ensure data quality standards; make recommendations to enhance record systems. Assist central BI/Data Engineering team with data cleansing and migration as needed•Anticipate future demands of initiatives within the department and design / implement solutions to meet those needs. Support business partners in the creation of business cases as neededBasic Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree•Minimum 8 years professional experience•Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience•Minimum 2 years of experience in the area of Business Intelligence: concepts, approach, data lakes, data extraction, data transformation, data exploration and visualization•Ability to coach and guide business partners and other team members•Ability to successfully work within a cross functional team•Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels•Self-starter with the desire and ability to quickly learn new technologies•Excellent written and verbal communicationPreferred Qualifications:•Experience with Business intelligence tools, for both guided and self-discovery analytics, such as Qlikview/Qliksense, Tableau, PowerBI•Experience in analyzing data from several sources, extract relevant information and prepare insightful reports that support making business decisions•Experience with JSON (JavaScript Object Notation), a lightweight data-interchange file format•Experience with database technologies, including DB2, UDB, Oracle, MS SQL, and ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.•Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing), ML (Machine Learning), and/or AI concepts•Experience working in an environment utilizing Agile methods for software developmentOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
