Aerotek Electronic Assembler in Auburn, California

Electronic Assembler

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

  1. Verifies and organizes finished goods inventory.

  2. Enters shipping data into a spreadsheet and creates box labels for outgoing finished goods material.

  3. Organizes all shipments and documentation and maintains accurate records of all shipments.

  4. Prepares and packages all shipments. This includes boxing product, weighing, tagging and organizing pallets. Must know how to palletize.

  5. Verify all shipment documentation against box labels and pallets contents for accuracy.

  6. Unload all material trucks and check in the material.

  7. Accurately and efficiently receive products within established company policies and procedures.

  8. Accurately and efficiently pull job orders within established company policies and procedures.

  9. Actively participate in the preparation and physical inventory counts

General Qualifications and Technical Skills Required

  1. Able to sit for extended amount of time and work with computers and key boards.

  2. General knowledge of MS Excel, UPS, Fedex, USPS and freight shipping. (training to be provided)

  3. Sufficient visual acuity to inspect labels, paperwork and computer screen.
