The VersionOne Senior Specialist will administer and manage Lincoln’s Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool including, but not limited to, on-boarding new users, setting-up custom features, configuring and customizing reports and managing the user interface. He/She will work closely with the Release Management, Development, QA, and Product Management teams to help define solutions to drive the execution of our Agile software delivery life cycle (SDLC).
Configure and maintain the VersionOne sand box and production environments
Support and troubleshoot VersionOne
Work with VersionOne to enable custom workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports
Create and manage complex VersionOne components including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemes in VersionOne
Configure, maintain, and enhance the VersionOne system
Responsible for application support including issue resolution (single sign-on, project role access, data & metrics)
Identify continuous improvement opportunities to maximize tool usage
Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions
Leverage VersionOne Analytics component to create dashboards and ad-hoc reports
Produce and distribute the VersionOne KPI Dashboard on a monthly basis
Foster growth and development of Agile metrics through engagement with Agile teams and appropriate leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field strongly preferred
2+ years of experience as a VersionOne administrator
Experience configuring VersionOne workflows for an agile environment
Well-versed in API data queries to access raw data from the VersionOne tool
Linux administration experience preferred
MySQL experience a plus
Solid understanding of the SDLC and project management methodologies
Exposure to Agile methodologies
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic with good time management and the ability to work with diverse teams#LI-CG1
