In the role, you have the opportunity to:
Position and sell Philips MATC (Monitoring Analytics & Therapeutic Care) service solutions to our customers while increasing customer satisfaction and exceeding territory revenue objectives in support of Account and/or National Account Managers, covering the South Zone.
You are responsible for:
Drive penetration of the MATC business in assigned area of expertise and successfully support renewing existing business within the defined territory.
Assist in developing and executing a strategic and tactical territory sales plan to exceed financial targets for new business.
Own quota for assigned territory, and drives sales through multiple Market sales channels.
Provide technical expertise on MATC product through sales presentations, product demos and oversight of product inclusion in various proposals.
Validate terms of proposals and champion value proposition of assigned portfolio.
Communicate business direction frequently and clearly to Zone and Account Management.
Enhance the sales process by working with internal team members to develop winning strategy.
Promote and Champion new offerings and collaborate with Marketing to develop effective collateral.
Lead training on new and existing areas of expertise.
Monitor competition and changes in the industry; provide effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.
Provide market intelligence to the marketing team and/or BIU to for product development

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
At least 5 years relevant clinical/sales/technical experience in relative area of expertise with emphasis on services and/or software.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Primary experience in (consultative) sales and/or technical sales training.
Experience with MATC product line strongly preferred
Experience in customer relationship management, oversight of work flow processes and solution selling.
Experience with Salesforce.com is preferable. Other CRM experience would be beneficial.
Ability to sell at all levels of the organization, including the C Suite.
Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
