Honeywell SaaS Product Manager in Atlanta, Georgia

SaaS for Connected Buildings is an enterprise-level, cloud-based software solution that provides our global customers with rich capabilities to maximize outcomes from the assets, space and people in the buildings that they own and operate.

As a SaaS Product Leader for Honeywell Connected Buildings, for your assigned area, you will be a central resource to drive the product development process from end to end. You will work regularly with Customers, Partners, Sales and Solutions Architects to assess and prioritize market needs, and you will work regularly with Development and QA to produce scalable enterprise software against those priorities, using an Agile framework. You will act as the analyst to produce the materials required for these different audiences.

You must possess strong analytical, communication, leadership and technical skills in the area of information technology specifically in the area of enterprise-level business applications software and application integrations. You will need to have skills to describe high level concepts and/or proposals to senior leaders, sales and cross-functional teams, while also possessing the technical expertise required to articulate detailed functional requirements and data content for development. You will need to be able to quickly learn the business and technology domain and be able to apply the knowledge in conjunction with your product management, analyst and technology skills. You must also be flexible in your area of responsibility, as our market is a rapidly evolving one, and our product management needs must follow the market.

Your deliverables will include:

  • Detailed product definitions backed by clearly traceable use cases and customer requirements

  • Prioritization based on customer value, revenue opportunity, strategic relevance and cost of implementation, etc.

  • Robust roadmaps that deliver measurable value to customers and Honeywell

  • Model content and seed data as required for a SaaS offering


  • 5 years SaaS product management experience

  • 5 years of direct Leadership experience for Product Management team members

  • 5 years building persona-led enterprise products

  • 5 years with consumer facing applications like brand loyalty


  • Leading Digital Transformations

  • Software Engineering background is a plus

  • Strong experience in a related role in another enterprise software company or enterprise systems integration company

  • Technical product management and/or business analyst experience implementing and leading large-scale data integration solutions OR have hands-on application sales consultant or implementation consultant experience focused on large-scale data integration solutions

  • Demo level (or deeper) hands-on developer experience, using APIs and/or working with application integration tooling

  • Experience in product management and agile methodology

  • Working knowledge of IaaS, SaaS, PaaS and cloud computing

  • Ability to quickly identify patterns among problems & issues

  • Ability to make timely decisions balancing systematic analysis

  • Decisive and logical at thoroughly evaluating issues

  • Excellent planning, execution and project-management skills
