The purpose of the Office Administrator is to provide clerical and administrative support to the various Construction Inspection teams operating within the client territory on pipeline construction projects. The Office Administrator works under the direction of the Regional Supervisor, who may assign additional responsibilities to the Office Administrator as needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Upload all inspection reports into the client’s preferred repository
Upload all MTRs and other material related items into the client’s preferred repository
Finalize and file daily or activity-based reports
Organize and store all pipeline construction and material documents
Populate weld log from approved inspection reports
Manage payroll, office supplies, and field equipment supplies
Other administrative duties as requested by the client or local E2 management
Should possess the ability to provide guidance and developmental assistance on organizational and company policies, administrative procedures and be able to perform tasks with little or no management oversight.
Coordinate activities in support of safety, health, financial, departmental and overall operations of the company.
Serve as administrative liaison within and outside the organization regarding administrative issues concerning outside services, facilities and operations.

Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Associates Degree in a nontechnical or business discipline with at least 4 – 7 years practical experience
BS / BA in a nontechnical or business discipline and at least 1 – 3 years of practical experience in business, administrative, budgeting, or program planning.
Work Environment / Physical Demands / Travel
Office environment – could be corporate office or field office
Reports to the Regional Supervisor, based locally with respect to the projects
