Home Depot Manager, Media Partnerships in Atlanta, Georgia
Leads Media Partnerships efforts including identifying, cultivating, designing, negotiating and shepherding strategic media partnerships on behalf of The Home Depot. Support bringing the “fewer, better partners” strategy to life, navigating and incorporating multiple stakeholder viewpoints and inputs to build successful, high-value partnerships.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
75% - Establish a framework for identifying and testing new partners to vet their alignment with THD. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure partner identification and development is prioritized based on enterprise and marketing priorities, including audience-based marketing and Retail Media+ initiatives. Lead negotiations, communications and the implementation of strategic media partnerships marshalling resources and finances. Develop and lead test/use cases with buy-in from stakeholders. Drive executive and cross-functional buy-in of partnership; clearly and consistently communicating value propositions to leadership.
25% - Build relationships with and work seamlessly and effectively across the marketing, merchandising and other cross-functional organizations as well as outside partners (publishers, agencies, technology platform partners, etc.) to develop partnerships that drive business value.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 5 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Deep media planning and buying experience and expertise
Retail marketing experience
Knowledge of technical aspects of marketing capabilities, including: audiences, data, data feeds, analytics
Financial literacy and business acumen
Experience leading negotiations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Identify innovation through self-developed and landscape-derived opportunities
A highly motivated, hands-on professional
Strong analytically with demonstrated business planning skills
Thought leadership skills, including the ability to recognize trends/opportunities and formulate hypotheses and recommendations relevant to the business
