The focus of the Support Sales Specialist is to cultivate, drive & manage the Microsoft Support business within key Enterprise and Public Sector in Greece, Cyprus & Malta. Adequate Support Service is an essential element of the total customer coverage model; ensuring that our clients have access to the right proactive & post-deployment support services needed to help unlock the true potential of their Digital Transformation journey. The Support Sales Specialist leverages Microsoft’s unique expertise, including Customer Success professionals, Engineering & the Product Team to help customers use their Microsoft investments as productively & impactful as possible.
Proactive Sales Execution & Excellence
Prospect & drive intentional customer conversations with C-level stakeholders about the value proposition of Microsoft Support Services.
Leverages appropriate Support Solutions assets & motions to drive transformational customer conversations, communicating Unified Support, Add-on and Enhanced Solutions value, aligned to customers’ priorities.
Drives the sales cycle from lead qualification through to deal closure, effectively executing per Microsoft selling processes and methods to drive deal velocity and successfully close deals
Negotiate multi- year, Support agreements, leading with customer obsessed approach & operating with a challenger selling methodology.
Scaling & Collaboration
Collaborates with peers from Account Team, Sales & Customer Success Unit on attach motions which are critical to Support Solutions sales pursuits, contributing to the team’s input to account planning, deal assembly and joint selling as appropriate. Lead a deal team to ensure success, working in partnership across multiple virtual teams & meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Develops strategies for driving and closing strategic and/or prioritized opportunities. Collaborates with account teams to ensure alignment with the account strategy and plan. Leads deal execution with the deal teams across the organization. Coaches others on the implementation of close plans (e.g., how to map timeline, engage the customer, get customer buy-in and commitment) to de-risk and drive predictable deal closure.
Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, Rhythm of Business (ROB) meetings to review and plan for strategic accounts across territories.
Proven success record in Enterprise grade Support Sales deal execution (or Technology-related sales experience)
Demonstrated expertise in territory management, cultivating new opportunities & YOY revenue growth
Demonstrated ability in negotiating multi-million Euro, multi-year congrats with C-level executives
Ability to operate & manage within a highly complex & matrix sales environment
Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition of cloud economics & consumption model
Skilled in Collaboration, Role Orchestration, Sales process (0-100% lifecycle), Negotiation & Sales Excellence (Lead Management, Opportunity Qualification, Close Planning, Pipeline & Forecasting)
Command of Greek & English languages
Experience in Customer Success, Project Management, or IT services delivery is nice to have
