Are you a people person? Do you love helping others? We are in search of friendly, motivated people for the position of Customer Service Associate. As a Customer Service Associate, you will work as part of a supportive team to be the face of our company\'s exceptional service and ensuring that customers get all the help they need on their journeys by inspecting and maintaining equipment. As well as assisting customers, using up-to-date technology to dispatch and return equipment. This position offers on-the-job education. REQUIREMENTS: * Solid computer, typing and data entry skills * Excellent customer service skills * A valid driver\'s license and a good driving record to operate vehicles * Must have knowledge and be able to hook up trailers. PREFERENCES: * Some experience as manager or supervisor preferred, but is not required. DUTIES; * Greet Customers - Process cash and credit card transactions * Use computer to enter and retrieve information. * Process rentals over the telephone and in person * Other general office tasks * Keep store and work area clean. HOURS / DAYS: 30-32 hrs. wk. Pay: Start \$18.00 to \$20.00 an hr Pay increases after 30 day review with opportunity to become Assistant Manager.
