Actalent's client in Asheville, NC is looking for an experienced Software Engineer!

Skills:

SQL, mvc.net, C#, Rest Api, SVN, Networking, Virtual machine

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS SQL and stored procedure development

• Web development in MVC

• Proficiency in programming in C#

• Experience working with REST API’s or equivalents

• Familiarity with Web services

• Basic understanding of networking

• Willing to travel up to 10%

• Familiarity with SVN

• Familiarity with VM’s

Bonus skills

• Setup a Raspberry Pi to do something useful

• Successfully installed an app in a docker container

• Programed a PLC

• Written a TCP application

• Familiarity editing memory

• Built a gaming rig

• Experience setting up linked servers

• Held a leadership or managerial role
