Job Description:

-Conducting Exit surveys


-Will conduct performance reviews – we have a performance management system – SuccessFactors. They are responsible for it – employees will go in and set goals/expectations, same with managers, this person must make sure employees complete there’s, managers know to go into the system and follow up and check those, etc., tracking it

-Employee investigations – example: conflict of interest, it’s been reported that an employee has an outside business. One of our units does consulting but an employee has their own consulting firm, having conversations with employee, fact gathering information,

  • Inappropriate messages – doing an investigation, interviewing the individuals involved.

-Payroll: Assist with going over the journal – verifying pay, anytime we have a new employee, the HR Manager enters in their pay and then send journal over, verifying information. Don’t need to have experience working within payroll. They use Fusion payroll system.


Monday - Friday

8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST / 7:30 am - 4:00 pm CT

Will have to work OT sometimes

  • Normally work a 37.5 hour work week. Probably work around 42.5 hours/week

  • Lunch – 1 hour

  • Can be located anywhere in the US

Additional Skills & Qualifications:


  • HRIS system experience – minimum 2-3+ years

  • Teachable/coachable – if they don’t know certain things, they need to be willing to learn/take notes.

  • Experience conducting Employee investigations

  • Must Have exp. doing performance reviews in SuccessFactors

  • 5+ years of experience within HR.

  • HR Generalist, HRBP, etc.

  • Open to industry

  • Bachelors Degree required – but will also look like at someone with more experience without degree.

  • Experience with performance management, PIPS, employee investigations, etc.
