S&K Engineering & Research, LLC (SKER), a member of the S&K Family of Companies and owned by the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, is actively seeking a Field Operations Support to join our team. The Field Operations Support will s upport the FOB Chief, regional managers, and associates to impact and enhance the culture and systems of the organization by using systematic processes and tools to assist strategic assessments, change management, workforce planning, management controls, internal communications, and other cross-organizational support to benefit the ISCD.

Perform continuing and iterative analysis of organizational goals, objectives, and changing needs for effectiveness and propose recommendations for enhancement; implementing recommendations as directed by the Government.
Support the design of regional strategic management programs and associated implementation plans to create strategic alignment between associates, work teams, and the organization; utilizes various strategic alignment and communication tools, identifies program parameters, defines overall objectives.
Support the implementation of regional strategic management programs using change management tools and procedures such as focus groups, surveys, focused interviews, facilitated meetings/off-sites, and other analytical tools.
Provide recommendations to guidelines and procedures that impact all regions in the areas of cultural/change issues affecting the organization; uses knowledge of change management theory and practice to identify opportunities for improvement and provides advice to management to optimize organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in special projects and strategic methodologies for tactical and operational levels across all regions; coordinates and facilitates project teams to ensure timely, effective, and efficient program implementation and project management.
Advise leadership on how the organization integrates its public responsibilities into its performance improvement efforts, with key human capital and business management emphasis on programs; advises management on how values are developed, communicated, and reinforced throughout the organization.
Design and facilitate effective team building and business process improvements; publicizes and promotes change among the tactical, operational and strategic levels, including organizational vision and goals and advocates incorporation of vision, mission, strategies and goals into the full range of the organization's activities.
Attend employee and leadership development meetings to identify training needs; works with the Government training team to identify and track completion of needed courses.

Minimum of a 4-year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 5 years of experience working in a professional office environment.
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:
Current drivers’ license, proof of U.S. citizenship or proof of authorization to work in the US and the ability to satisfy a background investigation to obtain a security clearance.
Special knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must have ability to communicate verbally and in written form effectively, and the ability to work within U.S. Government contractual realm. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Excellent telephone skills and knowledge of working with customers & vendors.
To perform this job successfully, an individual will have knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software.
