Manager Non-Acute Supply Chain Systems

This role will manage software and analytics programs to service the THR non-acute supply chain process.

  • Work location: Texas Health Resources (THR), Arlington, TX.

  • Core work hours: Full Time (40 Hours); Day Shift; Monday – Friday, 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Job Duties

Monitors program compliance through reports and ongoing analysis of trends. Serve as liaison to leadership and present information and recommendations for increasing compliance.

Manages workload of employees, reviews work to ensure accuracy, provides coaching, onboards new employees, and manages team schedules.

Analytics for savings opportunities. Fully competent on THR's various analytics tools in order to help the non-acute leaders identify, implement and track savings opportunities.

Ensure coverage of THR Non-Acute team inboxes to provide customer service to our growing group of internal and external customers. Ensure prompt response (within the hour) to any customer concerns or issues. Maintain good rapport with internal customers.

Trains users (including internal team, purchasers, administrators, clinics, and centers on products and processes including web-based MMIS or standardization and utilization opportunities).

Education

Bachelor's Degree required

Experience

4 years experience in healthcare setting with customer service required and 2 years experience with web-based materials management information system required.

Supervisory/management experience preferred

Skills

Exceptional customer service, problem solving and analytical skills.
